KEY FEATURES AND OPTIONS
1. The knife sharpener adopts gantry fuselage type with steel plate welding and high-temperature tempering to eliminate internal stress. The fuselage has high strength and good hardness.
2. Special grinding head motor is used on the knife sharpener with adjustable axial clearance, stable transmission, large grinding amount, long service life and high precision.
3. The electromagnetic chuck cutter table has the function of delayed demagnetization, reliable positioning, convenient operation and high work efficiency.
4. Turbine scroll rod drive, no noise, self-locking, worktable adjustable 0 ~ ± 90 °.
5. The rolling positioning linear guide rail is inlaid with wear-resistant steel belt on the surface to form a stable transmission and reduce noise.
6. The reciprocating stroke is driven by cycloidal needle wheel reducer with perfect equipment and buffer device.
