1. Adopts integrated-style design with bed and 45°base to improve the rigidity.
2. Optimize the permutation of steel by finite element method to decrease the thermal deformation.
3. Achieve low installation work by low center of gravity and short distance.
Spindle Features
1. Made in Taiwan, custom made telescope-feed spindle, accuracy<2μm;
2. Made in Taiwan, high speed oil tank, improve the high speed performance of spindle;
3. Dynamically balance to extend the stability and life cycle.
Tool Post Features
Long stroke gang tool type design of 730mm for X axle and min.error of exchanging tools X-axis travel 730mm big row of knife design, tool ATC error is minimized, tool change speed accurately, maintenance costs.
