Universal Turret Milling Machine Performance:
<1>The machine adopts Micahna standard high-precision cast iron, the guide rail and the work surface are quenched by super-audio to HRC48-52 degrees, and the X/Y/Z-axis is attached with wear-resistant piece wear-resistant type; the machine tool adopts the worktable Move back and forth; the head moves up and down, the rigidity is good, the bearing capacity is good, and the precision is kept for a long time; because the whole machine head moves up and down and is equipped with stepless speed regulation design, it has powerful drilling, boring and milling functions.
<2> This machine adopts Taiwan's 16-segment high-speed turret type head from 66-4540 rpm, which can cope with the requirements of different material processing speeds. The machine head is matched with the Japanese (Wuyue) P5-class mating angular spindle bearing. The accuracy of the spindle shaft end can reach 0.005MM, and there is no noise and no vibration during high-speed operation.
